Most SmartMemoryFox controls are available directly in Settings. If you still need help, email us and include your device type and what you were trying to do.
Email supportChange or stop reminders
Open Settings → Reminders. Choose the days and time you prefer, or turn reminders off. Device notification permission can also be changed in system settings.
Export or delete your information
Open Settings → Privacy & Data. Export a portable JSON file or a sessions CSV, or use Delete all my data to reset the app and cancel its reminders.
Use Supporter View
Choose Supporter on the home screen. It shows participation and comfort summaries stored on that same device. There is no remote access or cloud account.
Before you delete the app
Export anything you want to keep from Settings → Privacy & Data. SmartMemoryFox has no cloud account from which information can be restored.
